All sales are final. As a volunteer-based and fundraising organizations, we do not offer returns or refunds for any pre-orders or purchases made. Please consider your purchase a donation to the Stratford Class of 2029. 

Exchanges may be offered based on inventory. Exchanges are at the discretion of our board volunteers. Please contact us at stratfordclassof2029@gmail.com with questions about exchanges.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at stratfordclassof2029@gmail.com  immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
